My churros were not cooked right, she handed them to me raw and hard they were not edible at all. And the guy making my tostada wasn't paying attention to what he was doing and making my tostada The Manager was being rude to me when I complained about the food and I had to leave without getting my money back because my bus was arriving soon.

They just could not get my order correct and gave me a burnt product that further was not even fixed correctly then when I looked at the time I had been there over 20 minutes just for the order to still be incorrect. The cashier tried to double charge me for my meal because I asked about the drink that was supposed to be with the meal, like what!!!

I had so much trouble finding the phone number and wasnt able to get in touch with anyone. However, the reason I was filing a complaint was because I go to taco cabana sometimes three times a week is I have a lot of diet restrictions and I can have like the chicken quesadillas there which I like but I only like the green salsa and the last two times I was there in the past two weeks the last week actually the green salsa is awful. Its dark green and it doesnt taste right its almost like gooey or slimy and whatever theyre doing to it, it just doesnt taste, right And I hope they fix it please because thats the only one of the sauces that I like and I really love it. Also, this particular location has some really nice employees and some really rude employees, but on the other hand, the closest one of my house.

Barcode number for points

I went to a location at taco cabana where the barcode isnt printed in the store informed me for some reason they have trouble giving out the barcode because thats how the store was made. However, I have the TC app and I spend a lot of money there and would like to collect my rewards. How may I do so if theres no barcode provided. Im basically losing out. This has gone on too far and I cant reach anyone. I would love to be contacted back so I can collect on my rewards since I go there about four times a week. I do have the receipt.

No one has call me and my order and the issue is still not resolved

I went to the location at 8514 research boulevard Austin Texas. I went with a complaint about the doordash order that I had ordered on October 6th about 12:00 p.m. I went on the 8th I believe being that I had already tried to call and I also work so when I got off of work on her 8th it was kind of late I think it was about 11:00 p.m. I went to address the issue and your manager at that location didn't even let me get out what I had to say or anything he right away said you need to leave the minute I said you said doordash you have to address doordash don't come in here asking me to fix anything your order he was very ugly he was said some very ugly things he called yesterday and he told me to get out and he said that the only thing I was going to catch was his nuts in my mouth as he grabbed himself in his private area I just wanted my enchilada plate that was missing and my large order of queso because I paid for a large but was given a small he refused to give me his name and he told me to get out at that time is when he called me a fat *** so I want this adjust I don't even care about the order no more it didn't get taken care of I need to talk to somebody I need someone to call me 737-707-**** and I'm going to take illegal approach and as far as him grabbing his private area telling me that his nuts were going to go in my mouth. I felt I was embarrassed I was upset I punched the glass window I proceeded to leave after he said he had called the police he recorded me from the back door walked through the lobby unlock the back door to the patio and proceeded to record me as I was telling him that he's treated a pain customer that way I have my receipt from that day my online receipt for doordash if in fact I did have to go through doordash he could have explained that to me instead of treating me the way that he did something needs to get done about this

9605 research Blvd.. there is an older gentleman that's a manger there .. rushing people when there ordering through the drive thru like he doesn't like his job or doesn't like people coming there.. I asked him why he was being so rude and he asked how ... I said with your abruptness , treating your customers like there's no experience when visiting here... He told me that was my perspective.. yet every time I go there hardly anyone is there the staff all look like there beat down by how this guy treats the customers... y'all definitely need to do a secret customer check on this guy.. I was a former employee of this chain ... I am still a customer to this day ... please help bring back the customer service of old... don't let this guy get away with this ... surely you can see it in the sells of this store

Do not eat at this location off 80 in mesquite, the crew is very rude, and my order was not correct. I went on 8/25/2023 around 10:45 pm. The young lady at the drive thru kept slamming the window on me every time I asked a question. I asked the young lady in the drive thru her name. she shut the window on me several times. i kept asking her, she would not tell me her name and the older lady I'm assuming was her manager did nothing. I will tell all my friends and church members in mesquite to drive right pass this taco cabana. see attachment of my order. i ordered the ghost pepper pizza. this is what i got. the older lady made this

Did not get a call!!

This is crazy how we no one gives a call or an email or something! What a joke. You have managers that are not trained and they talk to you stupidly. I had order my food I was 3.50 short the male employee told me they couldnt ring my card twice. I did not have another card nor cash. So he went to get his manager to see what can she do. But she was very rude. I asked if there was anything she can do she said no. So I gave up 3 of my items to complete what I had paid for. She said to me that she would need my card to cancel the items. So when I gave it to she had cancel my order and charged for what I have gotten. If I would known that I could have gotten all my food and known that she could cancel the order and recharge me. I wished I could have been advised.
